1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PVS platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
2. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for account credentials, user access assignments, and activities performed under your workspace. You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use the platform only for lawful procurement and vendor collaboration activities. You must not misuse the service, disrupt platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful or harmful content.
4. Fees and Billing
Paid plans are billed according to the commercial terms agreed at purchase. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable except where required by law or described in the Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
The platform, including software, branding, and related materials, remains the property of PVS and its licensors. You retain ownership of your uploaded business data, subject to rights needed to operate the service.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PVS disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risk, or legal compliance requirements. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to contractual billing commitments.
